Linh’s Wedding

Chef Kim Ooi, Maly Lee and staff are awesome.  We had them cater for our ceremony in the morning.  We had a meeting with them about a month prior to our even to discuss the layout, since the ceremony was held at my parent’s backyard. Prior to that Kim and Maly were both good at responding to my inquires and questions on the menu. They were prepared and organized and helped me figure out any additional items (chairs/tables) that I would need in order to make my event a success.

The day of, everyone came early to set up for the event.  It was so professional.  Chef Kim brought out all the fireworks.  The food looked so good and tasted even better.  The staff were helpful in distributing the pass appetizers and the bartender in mixing drinks.  The price was affordable too.

On our menu were: 1) baby scallops (2) crabcakes (3)shortribs (4)dumplings (5)sundried tomato and spinich sandwich (6) chicken sandwich(7)truffle mac and cheese (8) wild mushroom risotto ball (9)Apple Tart (10) Chocolate Truffle and  (11)Framer Markets Fruits w/ brandy cream…yum yum. – Linh V.
